Baton Rouge General Medical Center - Mid City is Hiring a RN- Obstetrics (PRN) Near Baton Rouge, LA
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates patient assessment through collection of health data.
Analyzes patient assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and identifies expected outcomes.
Responsible for performing ongoing fetal/maternal assessments according to department guidelines.
Responsible for appropriate interventions involving unit specific protocols for infant security.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Current LA license to practice Nursing
Current/active NRP
Special skill, license and knowledge requirements preferred: EFM, RNC, High Risk certification, ACLS
