Job Description:
The Detail/Service Technician is responsible for accurately noting the details for the installation of newly acquired jobs and providing warranty service after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer contracts to determine if materials have been accurately calculated.
- Evaluate immediate and surrounding areas at each jobsite and formulate installation plan.
- Detail each job for material orders.
- Conduct service calls to repair any plumbing and/or bathroom remodeling installation issues.
- Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to use power tools (jigsaw, drill, etc.)
- Must possess a valid State driver’s license and have an excellent safety record.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
- Must have competency with computers & other electronic office/business equipment.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or push/pull up to 100 pounds.
