As an entry level Assistant team member, you will:

- Receive comprehensive training and mentoring from experienced professionals

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

To be successful in this role, you should have:- Active property and casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain the State of Florida 4-40 insurance license within 20 days of hire (company sponsored).- A high school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Enjoys reading- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude- Enjoys working with people- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset- Basic computer and math skills- Coachable and Eager to Learn- Positive outlook and disposition- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Workplace: In-Office Position

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
