Summary

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization while providing world class service. Prepare analysis and Schedule A billing documents for sales staff.

Duties & Responsibilities 

Essential Functions

• Determine customers' merchant services needs and prepare and review analysis and Schedule A documents for sales team to present.
• Track weekly and monthly progress of all sales reps with regards to incoming statements, estimated profitability retained during analysis process.
• Track incoming statements and turnaround time.
• Provide sales management with weekly and monthly detailed reports on Alliance and Banking team progress with bids in the pipeline.
• Prepare and calculate monthly commission and EOM reports from First Data information.
• Process commissions to payroll and create payments for bank shares by deadline.

Additional Responsibilities

• Review business trends to advise customers regarding expected fluctuations.
• Make presentations on financial services to groups for training.
• Update and maintain bidding/interchange training section of sales manual.
• Notify sales team of interchange/pricing changes.

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, finance/banking
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills Preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM
