Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, managing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring quality control. This is a vital role in our organization, as the Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory by conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Operate forklifts to move and organize materials within the warehouse
- Assist with quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders
- Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Receive incoming shipments and unload trucks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred 3 plus years
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software 3 plus years
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
