oversee the daily operations of our call center, ensuring excellent communication with service
departments and robust management of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Description:
As the Call Center Manager, you will be integral to our team by providing leadership and
developing strategies to manage and enhance our customer service functions. You will work
closely with the HVAC and plumbing service departments to ensure seamless communication
and effective resolution of client issues.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to manage call center operations effectively.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of call center staff based on predefined KPIs.
Provide training and support to call center staff to ensure a high level of customer service and
technical proficiency.
Coordinate with service departments to optimize scheduling and dispatching of service calls.
Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on call center performance and strategic planning updates.
Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages productivity and professional growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar managerial role, preferably in the HVAC
or plumbing industry.
Strong understanding of KPI management and process optimization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software and call center technology.
