Job Summary and Mission

Basilur is looking for Baristas and Kitchen staffs with hard work ethic, uncompromising attention to detail, and impeccable customer service. Our mission is to deliver 2 things: the best customer service experience and the perfect cup of coffee, foods or tea. As an Basilur staffs , you will engage deeply with our customers through the craft of beverages and conversation. You will work with other like-minded, ambitious team members who will support you.

Looking For

• Previous barista experience is not required, but a plus. Hands-on training will be provided.
• Food Handler’s Certification
• Able to handle intense and difficult situations

Responsibilities

• Crafting all beverages on the menu and to the needs of customers
• cooking foods on the menu
• Working register and greeting customers
• Following verbal & written instructions in order to maintain drink quality and consistency
• Complying consistently with standard portion sizes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Restocking teas, toppings, utensils and other needed items
• Prepping ingredients as needed
• Assisting other team members as needed
• Opening and closing duties including: cooking desserts, foods, prepping, restocking, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash
• Adhere to food and safety guidelines
