Brown Immigration Law focuses solely on delivering successful business immigration outcomes to a wide variety of startups and established businesses located in top global financial centers, including New York City and the Bay Area. This role is primarily tasked with planning, developing, and executing new marketing campaigns for the firm

The Marketing Specialist will develop strategic initiatives and create, implement, and execute marketing campaigns that align with firm goals. You will be responsible for market research and analysis, lead generation, client engagement, and development/maintenance of CRM system; as well as content strategy and execution including email campaigns and communications, and assisting with our website, social media, marketing collateral, and podcasts.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Develop effective collateral and marketing content, including web content, attorney biographies, social media, podcast development, as well as broad range of print and electronic communications
• In-house marketing: invitations, announcements for the office, slideshows, birthday’s, anniversaries, etc.
• Work with the Managing Partner to evaluate new business opportunities with both clients and prospects and working with attorneys to identify target criteria
• Monitor analytics of the firm’s website and social media platforms (Google Analytics, Google keywords, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and deliver actionable reports for future campaigns and SEO
• Schedule, organize, and maintain the marketing calendar, document core marketing processes, and identify ways to improve marketing ROI
• Support the design and development of both digital and print advertisements, brand applications, and updates to copy routinely on all platforms
• Assist in the development of programs and events hosted/sponsored by the firm, such as podcasts, webinars, seminars, and other events, including the development and production of marketing materials and onsite logistics
• Assist in coordinating and executing attorney participation in marketing profile-raising events
• Develop relationships with attorneys to serve as point of contact for day to day requests and marketing and business development needs
• Identify and make recommendations for firm/attorney participation in sponsorships, conferences, speaking and writing opportunities, and similar events
• Conduct research projects used for business development, including company and industry research
• Participate in educational opportunities regarding both the legal industry and marketing opportunities
• Provide administrative assistance as needed

Qualifications:

Required

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Experience with editing and creating podcasts
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, X, Google Analytics & Keywords
• Highly dependable and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• A positive attitude, rivaled only by a passion for helping others

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Business Administration, or similar
• 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Prior experience with Affinity Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and MailChimp a plus

Benefits and Compensation:

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors.
