• Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
• Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc.
• Save all files to a computer backup to make sure files are not lost in case the system crashes
• Configure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systems
• Protect our business from cybersecurity threats by running regular security checks

• Expert-level Microsoft Office skills
• Solid understanding of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, network systems, phone systems, and other technological equipment in the office
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree in a tech-related field is highly valued but not required
• Understands how to create a technical database using Excel spreadsheets
• 2 years experience in a professional IT setting
