This program focuses on teaching store management fundamentals, our Leadership Traits and what it takes to become a successful leader at Bashas’.

We are now accepting applications for Leader Launch! This is an exciting opportunity for current team members interested in starting a path to leadership in our stores.

The development experience is open to team members who are not currently in a leadership position. (I.e. no direct reports)

Overview:

Leader Launch is a 10-week learning experience kicking off in July that combines learning in a workshop setting within the Launchers' district and self-directed learning in their home store. See the Program Overview for a high-level description. This program is designed for team members who do not directly manage other team members.

Application Process Details:

· Leader Launch Application posting May 1-7

· Online applications must be submitted by May 7

· Candidates endorsed and selected to move on to the interview phase will be contacted with more information about how to prepare and what to expect during a panel interview by May 21

· Candidates selected to move forward can anticipate an interview scheduled in their district area the week of June 2 (Please ensure you are available for an interview this week).

Required workshop participation dates:

· Week of July 14

· Week of August 11

· Week of September 16

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1 year of retail experience. College degree, or pursuit of a degree, in a related field preferred

· Ability to operate basic office equipment and related software including a personal computer and mobile devices

· Strong planning and organizational abilities

· Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution

· Capable of learning and applying new concepts

· Effective written and verbal communication

· Works well with others

· Provides a positive customer and team member experience
