As a Supply Chain Allocation and Project Analyst, You Create Chemistry By...

As a member of the Supply Chain Excellence Team,

• Partnering with Regional Product Management, Regional & Domestic Supply Chain Planning, Customer Experience, and Account Management to manage several key business processes including Sales Allocation, Backorder Management, and Business Rule Management.
• Applying your technical skills in SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, and Excel to manage and execute the Sales Allocation Process, including sales plan template development and facilitation, collaboration with product management, execution in SAP, and assembling KPI’s.
• Demonstrating your strong interpersonal skills, you will communicate the sales plan to all stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain Managers, Project Management, Customer Experience, etc) and field questions, and make immediate customer-by-customer updates as necessary to meet customer shipments.
• Utilizing your solid organizational skills, you will effectively deliver value and meet timeframes with the deliverables needed to support supply chain projects that support the business strategy, improving and driving digitalization on our Supply Chain processes.
• Your ability to set priorities and make independent decisions will be a valued asset as you work with a high degree of empowerment on process improvements.
• Your superior problem-solving and analytical skills will be essential as you contribute deliverables and value to Supply Chain projects to achieve target results.
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain Excellence team supporting various initiatives not limited to logistics reporting, freight payment management, and acting as primary back-up to Master Data Planner.

Education in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics Management and/or related field coupled with experience in Supply Chain and Project Management or related processes

Experience with Excel and SAP and project management

Digitalization experience is a plus
