Who You Are:

This position will be in Studio City, LA but you will be working closely with the team in Hyderabad and Canada through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, with a focus on technical knowledge and occasional onsite visits. While some onsite presence is required, extensive travel is not anticipated.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Work closely with senior project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets under the guidance of senior management.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Conduct onsite visits as required to oversee project implementation and resolve issues.
• Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Support the project team in achieving project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite visits.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
