consults with architects, developers and contractors on a variety of commercial, retail and multi-family
residential buildings. Our specialty practice in cold-formed steel design consults with contractors and
architects on buildings of all types, sizes and markets.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a Structural CAD/Revit Designer to join our growing firm. This
position will be primarily responsible for developing structural construction documents and structural 3D
Revit models for various buildings and structures utilizing steel, masonry, wood and concrete from either
Architectural Revit Models or AutoCAD drawing files.
Responsibilities:

Support structural engineers with preparing clear, complete, and accurate structural Revit models
and AutoCAD drawings.

Create drawing sheets from models consisting of plans, elevations, sections and details.
Understand and follow office standard CAD/Revit procedures for sheet layout, layering, modeling

processes and drawing formats.
Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring CAD/Revit standards, families and templates.
Coordinate and work on numerous projects concurrently.

Essential Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent certificate of completion of designer/drafter course.
2 years of structural design/drafting experience for commercial, retail, multi-family housing and

similar structures in a consulting engineering design firm setting.
Experience in producing design-document style shop drawings for cold-formed steel framing is a

plus, but not required.
Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
