We are seeking an enthusiastic and vibrant full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our ever-growing team at Bartow Animal Clinic. What will you do?

• Provide excellent customer service, making our clients and patients feel like the VIPs they truly are.
• Be the maestro of organization, maintaining client and patient records with ease.
• Answer a busy multi-line phone system with a smile.
• Keep everything on track by scheduling appointments and ensuring our clients never miss an important date.
• Handle payment processing.
• Educate our clients and spread awareness about basic veterinary care.
• Other duties as assigned with training provided.
