Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. is conducting a search for a full-time Marketing Administrator based out of our Hartford office. 

Duties include:

• Coordinating efforts for company-wide industry conferences and career fairs (registration, payment, tracking, printed materials and promotional items).
• Overseeing firm’s promotional items storage room, including monitoring of supplies and reordering.
• Communicating conference commitments to department specialists in charge of social media, to promote on social platforms and firm website.
• Assist with e-mail database (Constant Contact) to update contact information and perform monthly maintenance/updates.
• Handle updates and tagging maintenance to firm’s photography/video/branding asset management program.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM) database updates for business development use.
• Ability to assist with photo and graphic modifications, using Photoshop or Lighroom, would be helpful.
• Word-processing, including preparation of proposals and other documents.
• Organizing and maintaining marketing materials (project descriptions, resumes, and project photos).
• Assisting with organizing, processing, and filing of project documents.
• General database updating.
• Assisting with project documentation.
• Maintaining reference materials.
• Assisting in other office-wide general support tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates Degree or 0-2 years of experience.
• Applicants should have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with database software, email blast programs and Adobe Creative Cloud programs a plus.
• This position requires a reliable, enthusiastic, organized person who can manage multiple priorities, communicate well, and work with a diverse group of technical staff.

Estimated Pay Range: $20-22/hour.

Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
