Delve deep into the user-utilization optimization of our elite tech stack, from Salesforce.com CRM, Docebo LMS, Google’s premier office suite, to Domo reporting, and beyond.

The Team

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Learning, the hired candidate will collaborate with our technology departments, product experts and management teams to implement effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement technology training initiatives as assigned by senior director
• Collaborate with representatives from our various IT teams to learn, gather information and obtain regular updates on Salesforce and/or other technologies used at the company
• Create training materials in the form of slide presentations, videos etc.
• Conduct live and/or recorded training sessions
• Manage training programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with product experts to disperse new training materials
• Help create a video library for Barton University LMS

Qualifications

• A degree in tech or communication sphere is an edge
• Stellar command over written and spoken communication
• Confidence in conducting live training sessions, regardless of audience size
• An innate knack for assimilating and documenting processes
• A technofile at heart
