• Manage invitations to bid
• Onscreen Quantity Takeoff from Plans & Blueprints
• Proposal Creation using Excel Spreadsheet
• Proposal Presentation to Customer
• Follow Up / Closing of Sale
• Contract execution
• Sales Activity Input into CRM
• Obtain Vendor Pricing
• Budgeting and Handoff to Production Team

• Professional verbal skills and communication habits.
• Technical background in Concrete Foundations, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

• Onscreen takeoff.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel).
