Overview:
Bartley Trailers is seeking a top-notch service writer for trailer sales and service in Woodbine, MD. This ideal individual poses a solid work ethic, works well with others and is available Monday to Friday for 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and greet customers, providing end-to-end service for trailer needs.
Process retail transactions accurately.
Document customer needs, provide estimates, and manage technician collaboration.
Maintain inventory, operate forklift, and keep the shop organized.
Handle MVA tag and title work, process U-Haul reservations.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED.
Valid Driver's License.
Computer proficiency.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
