You will be responsible as case manager for a group of residents, working closely with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, front line nursing team - Licensed Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant/Medication Aide to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. • Must be a licensed nurse for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 - 3 years experience working as a nurse is preferred.
• LNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
• You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
