As theMDS Nurseyour experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you coordinate the development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role may also include additional tasks as delegated by the DNS to support of the facility RCM and inter-disciplinary teams, to aid the quality of life and care of residents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete MDS associated nursing assessments (ex: Summaries) for assigned group of residents
• Review patient care plans for appropriate goals, problems, approaches, and revisions based on nursing needs.
• Monitor and guide the completion of assessments.
• Complete Care Plan updates and reviews, in alignment with MDS

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Nurse (RN)
• Nursing experience in a Long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting.
• Previous MDS experience preferred
