To maintain our commitment to safety and security, we are seeking diligent and dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the nightclub premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
• Maintain order and enforce venue policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
• Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, diffusing conflicts and resolving issues calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate effectively with other security team members and nightclub staff to address security concerns and maintain a cohesive working environment.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and medical incidents, following established protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Active Guard Card/license issued by the state regulatory authority.
• Prior experience in security or related field preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the nightclub, as shifts may end late at night.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $22.50/hour.
