Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Configuration and setup of PC’s Configuration of VMWare Virtual Machines Configuration and setup of CISCO/Meraki network appliances Configuration and setup of Windows Server operating systems Creating SQL queries Installation of new PC’s Work on various projects as needed. T Assist with Solidworks EPDM software upgrade Ricoh Printer and Document Management System Installation Work on updating IT Assets in Help Desk Software Work on creating documentation on current configurations of equipment software Work with Service Desk Team to create Workflows for specifically Afinitas. Work on decommissioning old Server Operating Systems Modify or create custom reports required by different departments Work on Factory Track Performance Issues Assist with finishing Network Project Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS General knowledge in PC Troubleshooting General knowledge in Systems/Network Administration Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment WORK ENVIRONMENT This is an office position associated with a manufacturing facility.
