ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include but are not limited to performing welding procedures such as: Mig welding, ability to weld in all positions. Meet established production and quality standards conform to all company attendance, safety, and personnel policies. Have good math skills, add subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers/fractions. A person must possess the ability to read blueprints, sketches, or specifications. Work in team environment and assist in other areas as needed. Have good housekeeping habits and strict adherence to safety, maintain equipment and machinery. Being self- motivated to follow through assigned tasks without a great amount of supervision. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines; able to prioritize. Ability to comply with all work-related deadlines and be available for overtime if needed. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or general education degree preferred. Previous-welding experience and strong math skills. Experience reading blueprints. WORK ENVIRONMENT You will be exposed to welding gases, grinding dust, and loud noises, such as grinding and hammering.
