We are seeking a positive and reliable candidate able to join a team that takes pride in building high-quality, industry-leading packaging systems for some of the largest food, beverage, personal care, and pharmaceutical brands in the world! Principal Activities & Responsibilities: Perform duties required to fabricate wooden crates using woodworking hand tools and power tools to pack completed machines and load and unload machines into delivery trucks for shipment. Read blueprints, shipping notices, and inspect products to determine size and shape of container, materials to be used and types of supports and braces required. Construct shipping container based upon dimensions, place equipment into container and secure. Move container to shipping area and onto trucks. Follow prescribed rules for safety and cleanliness, maintaining work area and equipment in accordance with standards and policies for safe conduct and operation of equipment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, kneel for 8 hours. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
