Job responsibilities:

Answering phones

Filing, scanning and emailing documents

Responding to client inquiries

Using case management software

Travel to local courthouses, post office and other local government offices.

Ability to quickly learn new skills, software and organizational methods

Essential skills required:

Experience with Word and Excel

Impeccable phone and interpersonal communication skills

Reliable transportation

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Dependability

Preferred skills:

Bi-Lingual – Spanish
