We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team and oversee our commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

1 Project Execution: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on commercial projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

2 Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, including subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project schedules.

3 Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and meet project requirements.

4 Site Management: Monitor and enforce site safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.

5 Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

6 Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes to ensure construction work meets or exceeds specified standards and client expectations.

7 Scheduling: Assist in developing project schedules and milestones, and ensure work is carried out according to the established timeline.

8 Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to project managers, including updates on work completed, upcoming tasks, and any delays or challenges encountered.

9 Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to construction workers, promoting skill development and ensuring a high level of craftsmanship.

Requirements:
1 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman, with a proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.

2 Commercial Construction Knowledge: Thorough understanding of commercial construction processes, techniques, and building codes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.

3 Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.

4 Safety Consciousness: Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations. Ability to enforce safety measures and promote a culture of safety on the job site.

5 Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate with project managers, team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

6 Problem-solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.

7 Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient project execution.

8 Results-oriented: Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Demonstrated success in achieving project goals and objectives.
