Barrington Golf Club is Hiring a Bartender Near Aurora, OH

Barrington bartenders strive to exceed the expectations of our Members/guests and create memorable experiences by doing everything he/she can to efficiently serve and engage Members with an extensive knowledge of all beverages.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and creating cocktails
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Essential Functions:

To be knowledgeable of all beverage types.

To be able to multitask, prioritize, and organize.

Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations.

Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly.

Keeping the bar stocked and organized.

Cleaning the bar, washing glasses, and wiping down surfaces.

Know about mixing drinks, including proper ingredients, measurements, and garnishments.

To pour and mix drinks consistently.

Keep careful track of orders/tabs.

To stock proper inventory for shifts and events.

Be able to efficiently take and record food orders while accomplishing other duties.

To assure that food and drink preparation and presentation are proper and standard throughout the guests’ dining experience.

Take bar inventory before and after shifts daily and special events.

To greet guests, by last name, in a warm, welcoming manner.

To know and adhere to all state laws about the sale and service of liquor and alcoholic beverages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
