Work Demands |
· Fast paced environment with tight deadlines. · Travel is required. · Overtime hours may be required to meet project deadlines. · Coordinate and supervise new construction and remodeling. · Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services. · Assist with the preparation of RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts. · Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. • Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation. • Perform Scheduled preventive IT and Grounds maintenance for the proper operation maintenance of infrastructure, services, facilities, and systems. • Installation and configuration of infrastructure, surveillance, and security equipment for proper store operations. • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. • Produce timely and detailed service reports. • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols. • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. • Build positive relationships with customers. • Coordinate the projects already established by the Field Services Manager from start to finish to maximize productivity and meet business needs. • Support After hour Emergencies as needed but not limited to Vandalism, Attempted Break-ins, or natural Disasters. • Complete work and repair service orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs or installations. • After hour Availability for Emergencies or schedule repairs |
