Summary of Position:

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s cash management. Provide strategic support to VP of Accounting with regards to all aspects of treasury management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manages administration of bank accounts and accesses, including opening, closing, and monitoring all domestic accounts, and creating advantageous operational and reporting structures.
• Oversees monetary transactions, including daily cash position and reconciliation of the activities to general ledger records.
• Acts as a primary administrator to all banking portals.
• Ensures documentation for all property and corporate bank accounts, including signatories and authorization levels, is maintained, and updated.
• Manages the oversight of monetary transactions, including daily cash position and reconciliation of the activities to general ledger records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or Economics preferred.
• Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
• Must have five (5) years of treasury management experience including bank account management, cash management, cash forecasting, system implementations, system admin support, and various treasury reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in treasury and risk management.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management.
• Valid driver’s license required. Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check (required).
