Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as first point of contact for both prospects and residents; in-person and on the phone.
• Assist residents with transportation/valet requests, service requests, and other special requests.
• Answer and direct after-hours incoming calls to main community phone line.
• Coordinate communication between residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Manage resident package tracking and overflow. Allow access for vendors for deliveries.
• Assist with directions, parking information, building entrance, and other general questions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• One (1) year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education) preferred.
• Valid drivers license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check (required).
• Must be able to work weekends.
• This position is for 2nd shift on Monday’s 4pm-12am and 3rd shift Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 12am-8am.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
