Barrett Hospital & Healthcare is Hiring a Clinic Practice Manager Near Dillon, MT

Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill the role of Clinic Practice Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals. The Clinic Practice Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Clinic including: Nurse team staffing and development, including participation in performance reviews; Clinic supply management; accessing and utilizing data from the EMR and other software to inform and promote quality of care and better business practices; review and processing of payroll activities; project management activities; working with the Clinic team to optimize the patient experience. The contributions will impact patient care by providing information back into workflows and working with care teams to develop innovative ideas. The Manager establishes, secures approval, and oversees Clinic Practice related policies and procedures; is responsible for overseeing Clinic Practice, staff recruitment, retention, and engagement activities for the nursing and registration teams; helps ensure Clinic practice compliance with all regulatory agencies. The Manager will participate in multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and facilitate programs in the delivery of coordinated care. The Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations regarding the development of revenue targets and FTE budgeting in collaboration with fiscal and executive leadership team members. The successful Manager strives for a consistent and fair work environment for staff and medical providers by fostering an atmosphere of respect and accountability, integrates “Just Culture” principles into all areas of responsibility and focuses on safety for patients, staff and fellow employees, placing high value on exemplary services. This position ensures that all facilities emergency management programs are managed and maintained in a safe and effective manner and works with our Clinic Educator to ensure Clinic has the proper resources and staff are properly trained in all safety-related procedures. .Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree required. Three to five years of ambulatory, outpatient, inpatient, or provider clinic practice job-related experiences; or proven equivalent combination of education and directly related work experiences that provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Incumbents must have a minimum of three years supervisory/managerial experiences or proven progression of professional/career development including increased responsibilities in a healthcare related setting. Knowledge of professional coding, medical terminology, and medical billing or revenue cycle preferred. Certification as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), preferred. Experience as a clinician with nursing certification preferred (RN or LPN) though other clinical experience will be considered.About our Community: Barrett Hospital and HealthCare provides the people of southwestern Montana with quality healthcare services.
