Temporary Project Hire - Warehouse AssociateThe Position: The Temporary Project Hire, reporting to the Department Manager, will assist the department with administrative tasks as well as aid with the day to day operations.Your Day-to-Day: Fulfill tasks set out by supervisor(s)Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company informationPerform administrative and clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documentsAssist in preparing information and research materialsTake notes during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage filesManage databases and input information, data, and recordsResearch and gather documentation on company position in the industryAttend company functions and networking eventsShadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasksOther duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: High school degree or equivalent strongly preferredProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail.
