Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Process customer payments using the Aloha POS system - Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent customer service - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Requirements: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service during busy periods - Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships or volunteer positions.
