Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice Inc is Hiring a Home Care Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Near Barre, VT
We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our home care team. This role is eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus (full time positions only).As an LNA at CVHHH, you will provide one-on-one nursing and personal care to central Vermonters and will be responsible for ensuring that standards of hygiene, nutrition, and homemaking are met and maintained. You will collaborate with members of our interdisciplinary home care team to optimize your clients’ health and wellbeing. Your work will be guided by a plan of care, with oversight from a Registered Nurse or Clinical Team Manager.

Requirements
- VT LNA license and one year of experience, preferably in a home care setting
- Valid VT driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with automobile insurance
