Job Overview:

Baron Engraving, a leading provider of custom engraving solutions, is seeking a talented, dynamic and experienced Customer Care and Inside Sales Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing both customer service operations and providing inside sales support, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer care and sales support efforts to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement customer care and sales support strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex sales-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to provide comprehensive sales support, including product information, pricing, quotes, and order processing.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as Production and Shipping, to coordinate order fulfillment, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer care and sales support metrics, generate reports, and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously improve customer care and sales support processes, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs, providing personalized support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to proactively address customer needs and suggest innovative sales and service enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain customer care and sales support performance standards, ensuring adherence to quality and service level objectives.
  • Train and mentor team members, facilitating their professional growth and ensuring their knowledge and skills are up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer care management and inside sales support, ideally in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Solid understanding of customer care and sales principles and practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
