Barnyard Kids Learning Center is a respected child care and learning center dedicated to nurturing the minds and hearts of young children.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our growing team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating environment, fostering cognitive and emotional development, and encouraging positive interactions among children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment where children can explore and learn through play.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, recognizing individual strengths and areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive and integrated curriculum across all age groups.

Requirements

• Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a teaching capacity.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a high level of energy.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification
