The Vice President of People is responsible to facilitate and implement the overall people strategy of the company. This is accomplished through a servant leadership model using a high degree of influence, education, and service as well as some areas of direct reporting. Responsibility Areas: Recruiting

Develop recruiting tools and methods
Develop assessments and train managers in their use
Onboarding
Develop and monitor the New Hire process including Day one and onboarding (3-6 months)
Develop and monitor strategies, systems and programs to attract, develop and retain young talent into the trades. Our LTT program is an example
Integrate any developed procedures into the Barnhart IFS document control module
Integrate any tools developed into Barnhart Systems
Update any changes required to existing Barnhart Systems
Test Systems prior to roll out

Develop and maintain the Future Leaders process
