Position Description: This position plans, directs, and oversees the operations team to ensure the successful execution of safe high-quality work and profitable growth of the division.

Core Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction at the divisional level and continually build and develop the division's team, including identifying training needs and ensuring the proper training is developed and provided to meet market demands. (full-Commitment)
• Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Ensure that divisional decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization's business plan and vision. • Collaborate regularly with BEC’s Senior Leadership Team and other divisions to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on market strategy, projects and systems. (one-Community)
• Establish, communicate, administer, and implement the divisional business plan and related policies, practices, and standards to ensure effective and consistent support and execution of objectives. (high- Character)
