Responsibilities:

• Entering Data into appropriate fields
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
• Provide timely response to customer inquiries
• Assists in the parts room when necessary
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customer base

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy. Including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage several tasks at once
• Strong communication skills
• Stellar organizational traits including filing
• Attendance at work is an essential function of this position
• Mechanical/Shop background preferred, but not required
