- Guide, direct and assist a fleet of drivers in providing on-time, safe delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with drivers and other staff to support and retain a fleet
- Be an advocate for the driver, and assist with internal communication when needed.
- Maximize driver pay and maximize the use of equipment
- Work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.
