Core Responsibilities

• Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team :
• Safety Training with the HSE Coordinator
• SAP / Time Tracking
• Department Requirements
• Develop a Strategy the team will use to reach its goals.
• Communicate clear instructions to the team members.
• Listen to team members’ feedback.
• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort.
• Must have the ability to motivate and inspire team members to stay focused and remain on track.
• Must have the ability to facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
• Ensure that discussions and decisions lead toward closure.
• Encourage creativity and constant improvement.

• Ability to work within the team as a member, carrying out the same roles, but with additional Leader responsibilities.
