**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. **Responsibilities:** - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products. - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. - Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. - Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. **Qualifications:** - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in data entry and computer systems. - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus. - Experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is beneficial. - Knowledge of insurance products and services is advantageous.
