Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented and dog lover individual to join our Pack as a Retail Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cash handling experience is desired
- Dog lover is a must!!!
