Direct and manage all operations in a way that meet and exceed our customers' expectations with overall responsibility for production, shipping, quality, and other production-related activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- You maintain oversight and responsibly for production output, product quality, on-time shipping and compliance that meet and exceed our customer expectations.
- You establish and monitor overall plant performance & quality standards.
- You drive safety initiatives, seeking ways to change today to make tomorrow safer.
- You can effectively execute all activities involved with incoming and outgoing shipments, processing, packaging, lab and warehouse.
- You empower team members to make decisions and take ownership in their positions while challenging them to find better methods and robust solutions.
- You manage the performance of direct reports, including work allocation, performance management, coaching, training and development.
– You have leadership experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a positive attitude
– You are able to visualize, articulate and solve both complex and simple problems and concepts using sensible, information-based decision-making
