Responsibilities

Trained and onboarded in a variety of media platforms and agency practices with the eventual goals of: 

• Building relationships and maintaining ongoing communications with media representatives
• Supporting the team with key inputs and reporting for client discussions
• Working through all schedule entry into Strata buying software (manual and EDI process)
• Inventory management including moving or adding units based on schedule changes
• Setting up new vendor forms and requesting necessary documentation
• Working through billing reconciliation with Finance teams and vendor partners
• Ensuring strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives
• Staying current on all media trends and opportunities in the industry
• Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in MS Excel
• Comfortable using math and working with numbers on a daily basis
• Ability to show attention to detail
• Eager to learn, willing to shadow and ask questions often
• Passion for both traditional and digital media
• Critical thinker with the ability to process information and make recommendations based on data
• Ability to work independently to complete projects and also work with a team
