Who we need:

We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Condominium General Managerto oversee a 100 luxury community on the Boston Waterfront. This is an on-site opportunity, requiring the employee to work 5 days per week in our location. 

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the day to day operation including but not limited to supervision and motivation of valet, door attendant and concierge staff. Prepare and oversee annual operating budget. The General Manager will foster positive relationships with the building residents and Board of Trustees. Ensure that building services are consistently delivered to residents. Negotiate building service contracts. Ensure the timely and professional proper maintenance of common areas. Prepare for routine Board of Trustees meetings and report on building activity including review and comment monthly income and expense against budget.

What we’re looking for:

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in condominium property management 
• CPM or PCAM Designation a plus
