Bargeron Powersports is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated full Time Sales Associate to join our team.

We represent some of the following brands in our Brunswick location: Honda, Kawasaki, CFMoto, EZGO Golf Carts, as well as various brands of trailers.

At Bargeron Powersports we value long term relationships with our customers and therefore, are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

● Excellent communication skills

● Self-motivated and performance driven to meet the department’s sales goals

● Remain updated on product knowledge of each OEM and its product segments

● Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

● Perform follow up phone calls and emails to prospective buyers

● Accurately complete necessary paperwork

● Ensure that the inventory is clean and presented for maximum impact, which includes moving inventory as directed by the Sales Managers

● We are looking for both female and male applicants

● Processing cash sales, arrange financing, and become familiar with warranties as well as other selling points of our goods

● Checking availability of equipment

● Build and maintain long term business relationships

● Follow up on customer leads and customers that have made purchases to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and update our CRM system with all leads

● Consistent posting of ads and unit promoting using the various social media outlets: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and our web page etc.

● May have to occasionally stay late to help customers

Required Skills and Experience

● Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

● Excellent customer service skills required

● Strong computer & phone skills

● Excellent communication abilities

● Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

● Familiarity with our products strongly preferred

● Powersports/ Tractor/Lawn Equipment related sales experience strongly preferred

● Financing experience is also helpful

Full Time

Commission Based Position. Typical pay range is $40,000 - $75,000. Higher performers can earn even more.
