Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
Reports to: Supply Chain General Manager
Pay Class: Full-time
Pay Type: Salary (Exempt)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop a team of Department Managers and Supervisors.
• Oversee the overall safety, employee engagement and workflow of the Apparel and Inbound teams.
• Evaluate performance against production targets and adjust resource allocation as needed to optimize the quality and cost efficiency of the operation. Identify problems in the production process and guide improvement plans, shift scheduling, overtime level, and training.
• Establishes strategy for all inbound and apparel planning.
• Drive key performance metrics; Communicating trends and improvements to leadership.
• Manage and monitor all aging reports to ensure products flow timely and accurately to the stores.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, which includes keeping accurate receipt records in the WMS, then working directly with Allocations, Inventory Control and Merchant teams solving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with DC Leadership to ensure product is flowing timely and readily available.
• Develop robust, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership, identifying and resolving barriers and opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities in a face-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, which includes keeping accurate receipt records in the WMS, then working directly with Allocations, Inventory Control and Merchant teams solving discrepancies.
• Manage and evaluate direct reports, setting goals that are measurable and attainable, providing feedback and direction to the functional areas by completing performance evaluations; assist in developing the supervisors and leads to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned tasks.
• Participates in recruiting to identify and evaluate associates and internal/external candidates for promotion and hire.
• Partners daily with the General Manager to align on challenges and areas of opportunity for the day.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in an operations management position.
• Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with a WMS.
• Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions.
• Possess excellent communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
