Job Ad: Operations LeaderReports to: Store LeaderPay Type: Salary (Exempt)We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Leader to join our team. As a member of the Store Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively with the Store Leader to drive overall store performance, lead and direct the freight flow process, supervise backroom operations, ensure markdowns are completed per company policy, and serve as Leader on Duty (LOD) as needed. In the absence of the Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store.Key Responsibilities:Drive store performance and meet financial targets and key metricsSupervise and direct the work of assigned team membersPlan staffing needs, coordinate recruitment, selection and trainingObserve, assess, train and coach team membersEnsure compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulationsLead customer service efforts and resolve customer issuesLead the store in the Leader on Duty roleProtect company assets through Loss Prevention and Safety effortsQualifications:Experience in a leadership role in retail or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
