Job Title: IT Systems Administrator Responsibilities: Manage and maintain on-prem systems Manage system backups Manage and approve system updates Monitor system performance Recommend upgrades and enhancements as needed Provide technical support as needed Configure and maintain deployment of operating systems and applications Creating and maintaining various system permissions User access administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, VPN, and Office 365 Tier 3 support for helpdesk operations Ensuring service and server uptime including the monitoring of system performance and security tools Administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VOIP, file systems and print services Recommend solutions for the overall infrastructure design and growth of the business Troubleshoot and support technical issues for corporate office and 85 retail locations Management of email and system security systems and services Coordination with other team members for application and server updates Liaison to vendors and service providers to maintain and monitor contracts, licensing, and usage Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders as new projects arise Create and maintain internal documentation on common issues and resolutions Technical support and training for staff Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by use of monitoring, logging, and diagnostic utilities Development and regular testing of backups for disaster recovery Take part in afterhours / on call on rotation Required Qualifications: 5 years’ experience as a systems administrator Experience with scripting and automation tools Experience with virtualization such as Hyper-V Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure Familiar with Dynamics 365 F&O and Commerce Familiar with SQL server Bargain Hunt is one of the most exciting and fastest growing retail companies in the United States.
